CALLED TO PROTECT FOR YOUTH (Gr. 7)

Monday, April 3, 2017 & Wednesday, April 5, 2017

This video presentation geared toward Grade 7 provides three video segments that explore physical, emotional, and behavioral boundaries. It empowers youth by giving them examples, teaching them ways that they can respond to boundary threats to keep themselves safe. It also provides guidance on what to do if they or someone they know has been abused. The emphasis is on prevention, and if abuse has occurred, to tell someone so the abuse can stop. The video segments and follow up activities help apply what was learned in the video and class discussion. This is not sex education. This video will be presented to Grade 7 students who attend PSR class on Monday, April 3, 2017 & Wednesday, April 5, 2017.
